Privacy policy of MEDICOM.UA website

This document describes the PRIVACY POLICY for the MEDICOM.UA website (hereinafter the Site) of the private enterprise, whose name is MEDICOM.UA. This document explains what types of information may be collected and stored on the Site, and how this information may be used and provided.

We are entitled to provide any personal information of visitors to the Site at the request of law enforcement agencies, according to a court order/decision or within the framework of other legal procedures, or on another legitimate request according to the current legislation of Ukraine.

All rights to the content of the site belong to LLC «Firm MEDICOM» and are used by PE «Clinic MEDICOM» as agreed by the right-holder. This site as a whole and some of its elements are protected by the Law of Ukraine «the act on the Copyright and Related Rights», other normative documents of the current legislation of Ukraine, international treaties, etc.
